Teslimat ve İade Politikası
GENEL:
Kullandığınız web sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş vermeniz halinde ön bilgilendirme formunu ve mesafeli satış sözleşmesini kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
Alıcıların satın aldıkları ürünün satışı ve teslimatı ile ilgili olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (Resmi Gazete: 27.11.2014/29188) ve yürürlükteki diğer kanun hükümlerine tabidir.
Ürünlerin kargo bedeli olan kargo ücretleri, www.adamayzek.com adresinde kargo ücreti hakkında bilgi bulunmuyorsa alıcılar tarafından ödenir.
Satın alınan her ürün, 30 günlük yasal süreyi aşmamak kaydıyla alıcının belirttiği adresteki kişi ve/veya kuruluşa teslim edilir. Bu süre içerisinde ürün teslim edilmezse Alıcılar sözleşmeyi feshedebilir.
Satın alınan ürün, siparişte belirtilen özelliklere uygun ve eksiksiz olarak ve garanti belgesi, kullanım kılavuzu gibi belgelerle birlikte teslim edilmelidir.
Satın alınan ürünün satın alınmasının imkânsız hale gelmesi halinde, satıcı bunu öğrendiği tarihten itibaren 3 gün içinde alıcıya yazılı olarak bildirmek zorundadır. Toplam bedel 14 gün içinde Alıcıya iade edilmelidir.
Ön sipariş ürün(ler)inde, bu 30 günlük yasal süre ilgili ürünün satış sayfasında duyurulan satış tarihinde başlayacak olup, bu satış tarihinde tedarikçi kaynaklı gecikmeler yaşanabilir. Ön sipariş sisteminde, planlanan teslimat süresi talep toplama, üretim planlama ve teslimat süresine bağlı olarak 10 haftaya kadar olabilir. Mücbir sebep (öngörülemeyen ve durdurulamayan) hallerinde teslimat süresi işleme alınmaz. Bu durumda SATICI, ALICI’ya önceden yazılı olarak bilgi verecektir. Bu durumda ALICI, siparişin iptalini veya teslimat süresini bekleyerek sipariş konusu ürün(ler)i teslim etme haklarından birini kullanabilir. ALICI siparişi iptal ettiği takdirde, ön sipariş sistemi kullanılarak satın alınan ürünlere ilişkin iade/iptal talepleri, talebin yazılı olarak iletildiği tarihten itibaren 60 gün içinde alıcıya iade edilir. Taksitli satın alınan ürünlere ilişkin iptaller, kart hesabına taksitli olarak iade edilir.
SATIN ALINAN ÜRÜN ÖDENMEZSE:
Alıcı, satın aldığı ürünün bedelini ödemez veya banka kayıtlarında iptal ederse, Satıcının ürünü teslim etme yükümlülüğü sona erer.
KREDİ KARTININ YETKİSİZ KULLANIMI İLE ALIŞVERİŞ:
Ürünün tesliminden sonra, alıcının ödeme yaptığı kredi kartının yetkisiz kişiler tarafından haksız yere kullanıldığı tespit edilirse ve satılan ürünün bedeli ilgili banka veya finans kuruluşu tarafından Satıcıya ödenmezse, Alıcı, ürünün kargo bedelini 3 gün içinde satıcıya ödemek zorundadır. SATICI’ya iade etmek zorundadır.
ÜRÜNÜN ANLAŞILMIŞ SEBEPLERLE TESLİM EDİLEMEMESİ DURUMUNDA:
Satıcının öngörebileceği mücbir sebepler dışında bir durum ortaya çıkarsa ve ürün süresi içerisinde teslim edilemezse, Alıcıya bildirilir. Alıcı, siparişin iptalini, ürünün benzeri ile değiştirilmesini veya engel ortadan kalkana kadar teslimatın ertelenmesini talep edebilir. Alıcı siparişi iptal ederse; ödeme nakit olarak yapılmışsa, iptalden itibaren 14 gün içinde nakit olarak ödenir. Alıcı, ödemeyi kredi kartı ile yapmışsa ve iptal ederse, ürün bedeli bu iptalden itibaren 14 gün içinde bankaya iade edilir, ancak bankanın 2-3 hafta içinde alıcının hesabına aktarması mümkündür.
ALICI’NIN ÜRÜNÜ KONTROL ETME YÜKÜMLÜLÜĞÜ:
Alıcı, sözleşme konusu mal/hizmeti teslim almadan önce muayene edecek; ezik, kırık, ambalajı yırtılmış vb. hasarlı ve ayıplı mal/hizmeti kargo şirketinden teslim almayacaktır. Teslim edilen mal/hizmetin hasarsız ve sağlam olduğu kabul edilir. ALICI, Mal/hizmet teslim alındıktan sonra özenle korunmalıdır. Cayma hakkı kullanılacaksa mal/hizmet kullanılmamalıdır. Fatura ürünle birlikte iade edilmelidir.
CAYMA HAKKI:
ALICI; “Cayma hakkı kullanılamayacak ürünler” başlığında belirtilen istisnalar hariç olmak üzere, satın aldığı ürünü, kendisi veya belirttiği adresteki kişi/kuruluşun teslimat tarihinden itibaren 7 (yedi) gün içinde, SATICI’nın aşağıdaki iletişim bilgileri aracılığıyla SATICI’ya bildirmesi ve herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin malı reddederek sözleşmeden cayma hakkını kullanabilmesi kaydıyla iade edebilir.

CAYMA HAKKININ SÜRESİ:
Cayma hakkını kullanmak için, Müşteriler, ürünlerin Müşteriye veya Müşteri adına hareket eden bir Alıcıya fiziksel olarak teslim edildiği günden itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içinde bir cayma bildirimi göndermeli ve her iki taraf da teslimat notunu imzalayarak malları kabul etmelidir. Müşteri, cayma kararını açıklayan ifadesinin kesin olması koşuluyla kendi ifadeleriyle cayma hakkına sahiptir veya ‘Siparişler’ alanında bulunan Cayma Formunu kullanabilir.

GENERAL:
If you place an order electronically on the website you are using, you accept the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
The shipping charges, which are the shipping cost of the products, will be paid by the buyers if there is no information about the shipping charge at www.adamayzek.com.
Each product purchased shall be delivered to the person and / or organization at the address indicated by the purchaser provided that it does not exceed the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in conformity with the specifications specified in the order and with any documents such as warranty certificate, user manual.
In the event that the purchase of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.
In the pre-order product (s), this 30-day legal period shall commence on the date of sale announced on the sales page of the related product, and delays due to the supplier may be experienced on this sale date. . In the pre-order system, the planned delivery time may be up to 10 weeks, depending on demand collection, production planning and delivery time. In cases of force majeure (unforeseen and unstoppable) delivery time shall not be processed. In this case, the SELLER shall inform the PURCHASER in writing in advance. In this case, the BUYER may use one of the rights to deliver the product (s) subject to the order by waiting for the cancellation or delivery time of the order. In case the BUYER cancels the order, return / cancellation requests related to the products purchased using the pre-order system shall be returned to the buyer within 60 days following the delivery of the request in writing. Cancellations for products purchased in installments are returned to the card account in installments.
IF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED IS NOT PAID:
If the Buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product shall cease.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:
After the delivery of the product, if the credit card that the buyer pays is determined to be unfairly used by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the Buyer shall pay the seller the shipping cost of the product within 3 days. Shall return to the SELLER.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED DURING THE UNDERSTANDING REASONS:
If there are force majeure circumstances beyond which Seller may foresee and the product cannot be delivered within the time limit, the Buyer shall be notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar product or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; If the payment is made in cash, it is paid in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days after this cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer’s account within 2-3 weeks.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
The buyer shall inspect the goods / services subject to the contract before receiving them; dents, broken, package torn etc. damaged and defective goods / services will not receive delivery from the cargo company. The delivered goods / services shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. BUYER, After delivery of goods / services must be carefully protected. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, goods / services should not be used. Invoice must be returned with the product.
RIGHT TO CAYMA:
RECEIVER; With the exception of the exceptions mentioned in the title of ürün products that cannot be used right of withdrawal ‘, the product purchased by him or the person / organization at the address indicated within 7 (seven) days following the delivery date, provided that the SELLER informs the SELLER through the contact information below and can use the right of withdrawal from the contract by refusing the goods without giving any reason.

DURATION OF THE CAYMA RIGHT:
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, Clients shall send a withdrawal communication within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day the products are physically delivered to a Client or to a Consignee acting on behalf of the Client, and either subject signs the delivery note thereby accepting the goods. The Client is free to withdraw in his own words, provided his/her statement desribing his/her decision to withdraw is unequivocal or to use the Withdrawal Form, also available in the ‘Orders’ area.
