\nAl\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n sat\u0131n ald\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve teslimat\u0131 ile ilgili olarak 6502 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanun ve Mesafeli S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi (Resmi Gazete: 27.11.2014\/29188) ve y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki di\u011fer kanun h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine tabidir.
\n\u00dcr\u00fcnlerin kargo bedeli olan kargo \u00fccretleri, www.adamayzek.com adresinde kargo \u00fccreti hakk\u0131nda bilgi bulunmuyorsa al\u0131c\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denir.
\nSat\u0131n al\u0131nan her \u00fcr\u00fcn, 30 g\u00fcnl\u00fck yasal s\u00fcreyi a\u015fmamak kayd\u0131yla al\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n belirtti\u011fi adresteki ki\u015fi ve\/veya kurulu\u015fa teslim edilir. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde \u00fcr\u00fcn teslim edilmezse Al\u0131c\u0131lar s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi feshedebilir.
\nSat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcn, sipari\u015fte belirtilen \u00f6zelliklere uygun ve eksiksiz olarak ve garanti belgesi, kullan\u0131m k\u0131lavuzu gibi belgelerle birlikte teslim edilmelidir.
\nSat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131n imk\u00e2ns\u0131z hale gelmesi halinde, sat\u0131c\u0131 bunu \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi tarihten itibaren 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde al\u0131c\u0131ya yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirmek zorundad\u0131r. Toplam bedel 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Al\u0131c\u0131ya iade edilmelidir.
\n\u00d6n sipari\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn(ler)inde, bu 30 g\u00fcnl\u00fck yasal s\u00fcre ilgili \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn sat\u0131\u015f sayfas\u0131nda duyurulan sat\u0131\u015f tarihinde ba\u015flayacak olup, bu sat\u0131\u015f tarihinde tedarik\u00e7i kaynakl\u0131 gecikmeler ya\u015fanabilir. \u00d6n sipari\u015f sisteminde, planlanan teslimat s\u00fcresi talep toplama, \u00fcretim planlama ve teslimat s\u00fcresine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak 10 haftaya kadar olabilir. M\u00fccbir sebep (\u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclemeyen ve durdurulamayan) hallerinde teslimat s\u00fcresi i\u015fleme al\u0131nmaz. Bu durumda SATICI, ALICI’ya \u00f6nceden yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bilgi verecektir. Bu durumda ALICI, sipari\u015fin iptalini veya teslimat s\u00fcresini bekleyerek sipari\u015f konusu \u00fcr\u00fcn(ler)i teslim etme haklar\u0131ndan birini kullanabilir. ALICI sipari\u015fi iptal etti\u011fi takdirde, \u00f6n sipari\u015f sistemi kullan\u0131larak sat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ili\u015fkin iade\/iptal talepleri, talebin yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak iletildi\u011fi tarihten itibaren 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde al\u0131c\u0131ya iade edilir. Taksitli sat\u0131n al\u0131nan \u00fcr\u00fcnlere ili\u015fkin iptaller, kart hesab\u0131na taksitli olarak iade edilir.<\/p>\n

\u00dcR\u00dcN\u00dcN ANLA\u015eILMI\u015e SEBEPLERLE TESL\u0130M ED\u0130LEMEMES\u0130 DURUMUNDA:<\/p>\n

Sat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rebilece\u011fi m\u00fccbir sebepler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir durum ortaya \u00e7\u0131karsa ve \u00fcr\u00fcn s\u00fcresi i\u00e7erisinde teslim edilemezse, Al\u0131c\u0131ya bildirilir. Al\u0131c\u0131, sipari\u015fin iptalini, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn benzeri ile de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesini veya engel ortadan kalkana kadar teslimat\u0131n ertelenmesini talep edebilir. Al\u0131c\u0131 sipari\u015fi iptal ederse; \u00f6deme nakit olarak yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa, iptalden itibaren 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde nakit olarak \u00f6denir.
